        Meditation, stilling the mind, adds clarity and joy to any
endeavor you undertake, or situation in which you find yourself. 

        There are many different meditation techniques.  The practices that will work for you depend on several factors such as the amount of time you decide to devote; your personal temperament, inclinations, and preferences, your comfort level with the practices themselves; and so forth. 

        The meditation practices of any two people are never exactly the same, nor should they be, any more than two people are exactly the same.  Some may meditate in a group with others at times, but meditative state of mind itself is ultimately a personal practice, where one spends "quality time" with one's soul.
