Psychic children are born with pronounced spiritual abilities in areas such as clairvoyance, natural healing ability, or mediumship, among many others. They usually have a sense of the world that does not include old paradigms about power and life, and have a propensity to find new answers and new ways of perceiving and changing the world around them.
I believe the work of the staff of this program provides a "hint" toward the way we will need to re-structure educational systems around the world, giving acknowledgment of and support to the innate spiritual qualities of children, and not bombarding them with a linear regurgitation of what's been said and done before.

This "Circulating File" is a compilation of writings by the famous 20th-century psychic, Edgar Cayce. This is not an easy read, not very clear in a lot of ways by current writing standards. What is brilliant, however, is that Cayce had the foresight to encourage people to cultivate, rather than fear and suppress, the psychic ability in their children.
He advised that this be done as part of a larger program of a
healthy, grounded lifestyle for children which includes plenty of playtime with other children, time in the outdoors in the sunshine, a nutrient-rich diet,
a cultivated sense of community service, and most of all lots of love and acceptance from family and the larger community.
