Questions and Answers About Angels Understand -the whole angel cult phenomena has never been my "thing." Nevertheless, angels have undeniably had a noticeable presence and effect in my life, pretty much all my life, but especially of late. They have had a hand in my understanding spiritual phenomena around me, which without their help and guidance probably would have been much more frightening than it all was. And they are a big part of my working as an intuitive consultant and teacher now.
Here I share some common questions about angels, the answers I've derived from sources such as the writings of Doreen Virtue, but more importantly, from my personal experiences with angels. In fact, soon I will add a blog here about those interactions. I have to admit, I have a hard time putting it into words. I haven't talked much about this to anyone, not even my family. So in a sense, I am "coming out of the closet" with all this. But in the times we are living in, with the vast physical and spiritual changes brutally affecting our realm and our very souls, I'm thinking now's a good time to acknowledge any and all help we get. So here it is.

Angels are connected to Christianity only.
All people have a spiritual path to travel, Christian and non-Christian alike. Angels assist humans, in general, on their spiritual paths by offering insight into situations from a higher vantage point.
Angels are a figment of the imagination.
Just as with perceiving loved ones passed to spirit, and most things relating to the spirit realm in general, angels are subtle and it takes effort for humans to perceive them. Once you attune your spirit to perceive angels, you will find that the variety of their communications with you regarding all aspects of your life, and even the differences in the energetic vibration between them (their “personalities,” if you will) will lead you to discover how real they truly are.
Worshiping angels is contrary to worshiping God.
When you work with the angels, you are not necessarily worshiping them. They also answer to a higher power, and many writings about them express how angels mention that in their dealings with people. They don’t seek worship, but are anxious to help us worship our higher power and live our true purposes.
Angels are just messengers, they don’t do anything else.
Like humans, different angels have different areas of specialization according to their abilities. Some angels, like Raphael, are known for healing ability. Some have a warrior's vibration, like Michael, and impart protective energies in times when we're threatened. You will sense their different energies the more you work with them.
Angels only existed, or at most only spoke to humans, during ancient Biblical times. They have no reason to speak to us now.
Angels are timeless beings, and their presence isn't connected to a book written by men. Also our experiences as humans today are no less important than they were over two thousand years ago.
I’ve done a lot of bad things. No angel would want to talk to me.
Angels see you in your highest light. They see you as the best person you could be. No matter what you’ve done, they always help you get back on the track of your life purpose. They don’t have human egos, and therefore do not judge or recriminate us.
Angels only talk to certain special, "holy" people, not just the average person.
Anyone could communicate with angels, and receive answers. It requires a will to be open to angelic communication, with an open heart and mind. There are no special incantations that need to be recited, nor special rituals people need to do, etc. Everyone’s soul is important to the angels.
My life is fine. I don't need angels helping me.
Angels are great spiritual resource people. They impart insight and assistance. They offer enlightening and creative ways to approach challenges. However, free will is a Law of the Universe, and angels respect it. If you don't want their assistance, they will respect that.
